From a Tsukihime doujin in which the main character, Shiki, is depicted as a pedophile. He chases around Len, a loli succubus with the power of manipulating dreams, with intent to sex her. After getting caught by Arcueid (a Mary Sue vampire), Ciel (French nun who does anal) and Akiha (his sister who's into incest), he proceeds to kill the three of them in one blow just to be able to rape the loli. He eventually corners her to a point where she can't escape, so she turns into a cat, a common frustration to aroused men. She thinks she is saved, but Shiki, who basically just rapes everything, unzips his fly and says 'A CAT IS FINE TOO...'.
Often posted in cat-related threads and may be altered to 'A CATGIRL IS FINE TOO..' or 'A LONGCAT IS FINE TOO...'
