Who is Cheryl Shuman? That is a question video makers have been stunned by often when they have made a video to, about or against Cheryl Shuman. Video bloggers on Youtube would make a Cheryl Shuman related video thinking she had 4000 subscribers, so people must know who she is, right? Nope. People would comment on the videos asking, "who the hell is Cheryl Shuman?" or "who the fuck is Cheryl Shuman?" Cheryl Shuman's subscribers were Youtube accounts she started herself and subscribed them all to her main profile. So, she probably had 8 subscribers.
Cheryl Shuman has now been banned from Youtube over 900 times. Over 900 is seriously the no-shit number where people stopped trying to keep an accurate count. She has been banned due to actual Terms of Service violations which she did commit. Common Youtube Terms of Service violations which she has committed are copyright infringement, cheating with dummy accounts, partial nudity, spamming, threatening users, and revealing users' private info. Youtube offenses are actually boring offenses which do not usually land someone in encyclopediadramatica. Her overall Internet behavior has escalated beyond Youtube offenses and maximized to the point of being as offensive as you can get on the Internet. She still blames Youtube and Youtube users for all of her failure. She's another one of those who wants to threaten lolsuits against everybody. If that doesn't work, she wants to tell you the FBI is on your ass.
Why did she make over 900 Youtube accounts? What was the reason for cheating in Youtube's popularity contest? She wanted to seem popular because she thought it would have helped her get publishers for a book, investors for a series of shows, and some other scheme involving product placement in videos. If you cheat on a media site to inflate your popularity then use that popularity for financial gain, is that fraud? She is not the only one who sought to exploit the Youtube system in that way. She just happens to be a consistent, severe failure at it. She still believes she can be a winner if she just doesn't give up on the lolsuits and arguing in all of Youtube's text comment areas.
She had some success in Hollywood in the 80's and 90's fetching sunglasses for superior people in the entertainment industry. Those superior people still have jobs in the business. She did become wealthy doing that. She still calls herself "Optician to the Stars" even though no one has called her to do sunglass props or consultation since some time in the passed millennium. 15 years after she shot that career to hell, she thought it would still impress Internet people. She uploads videos of herself from the 80's always trying to remind whoever is watching the videos that she used to have a decent job. Now she's broke and trolling the Internet.
She used to be married to Fox News reporter, Phil Shuman. Phil hates her now too.
Here's one of the reasons she is online. She says in this video that she took $1,000,000 - a million dollars from some guy through a matchmaking service. She calls this kind of sucker "Angel Investors" as though it's business. It ain't business. She says, "he gave me a million dollars". You could interpret that as meaning "I took a million dollars" or "I am willing to take a million dollars".
The Internet was her final frontier for a new career. In 2007, she seems to be experiencing the end of that hope too.

Cheryl Shuman assigns people various fantasy Internet crime cases which she dreams up. Those who dislike her for good reason, oppose her or call her out on her offenses will be in prison for 5 years. She repeats and emphasizes the 5 year sentence mandate often, but we will probably all still be here in non-prison for 5 years. She spends almost all day every day trying to convince anonymous sockpuppet accounts on Youtube that this shit is serious business. She has thought for many months now that she can become a success on the Internet if she can just force those 5 people with 60 Youtube sockpuppet accounts to believe her.
Cheryl's Serious Internet Judicial System works like this: hand over your private real life information or she will intimidate your e-friends into giving her your info, watch her publish your info on her blog and web sites, spam it to a few hundred Youtube users, you can work out retarded plea deals with imaginary attorneys, sign perverted fetish confessions, and agree that you got convicted to Internet Prison for 5 years.
She rambles on in this voicemail about how she wants to sue a bunch of people including Google.
She's saying that every time they slam her or damage her name, it's called a tort. Many people keep their torting private, or they do it outdoors... or in a bathroom equipped with a fart fan. Cheryl believes she gets to tort anytime, anywhere because she granted herself public torting immunity. Anyone else who dares to tort in her direction will be convicted to 5 years in prison. Your case will be officially documented, tried, sentenced all in one of her stupid blog entries. She will spam your blog-trial to everyone she can find on Youtube to make it public record.
"Doing it all by-the-book" By-the-book does not include spamming many Youtube users with other Youtube users' private information and advertising your many severe violations. Do imaginary attorneys advise clients to do that?

Cheryl's Richlittlepoorgirl Youtube account had previously been banned by the time she attempted to do expose videos against Ysabella Brave.
Cheryl's CherylShuman90210 Youtube account was suspended after Cheryl launched a vicious slander and stalking campaign against youtube A-lister Ysabella Brave. The reason for this? Ysabella Brave did not require Cheryl's services as a "PR Ninja" because she was already signed with Cordless Recordings, a division of the Warner Music Group. This is fortunate as Cheryl is really only a mentally ill woman who believes that she is a showbiz expert.
Cheryl believes she is entitled to be involved in people's careers as she sees fit. When Ysabella Brave declined and wasn't interested, Cheryl sought vengeance.
In the final videos on the CherylShuman90210 account, Cheryl made increasingly ridiculous claims to the effect that Ysabella Brave was using sock puppets to stalk her. Cheryl claimed that her "private investigator" had traced the sockpuppets "ISP" to Ysabella Brave. Things became even more stalkerish when Cheryl claimed that she had called Ysabella Brave's record company and employer, stating that they had never heard of her.
Although the Cherylshuman90210 and RichLittlePoorGirl accounts are banned at Youtube, it still feels good to click them and see the red banners saying the accounts are suspended.

She puts people in danger by spreading their real life contact information, property information and family members' names around the Internet. She does it intentionally with the desire of increasing the chances of harm coming to people. These are people she wants revenge against, yet they are people who have not broken laws, have no criminal charges against them, and haven't even done anything offensive enough to get sued for. Sometimes she gets this private info about people by becoming friends, and all of those friends become enemies soon. When she can't get people's private info through direct contact with them, she resorts to actual cyberstalking. She uses every bit of private information she can get to intimidate and harrass people. She used to publish this sort of info about people on one one of her own web sites, starreyeyes.org and in her blogs. She has made videos of people's contact info. She makes profiles that display people's info in text form. Many Youtube users have been spammed with this sort of info from her accounts into their profile comments, video comments and private messages too.

For videos on this subject, David's Youtube profile is anticherylvids. Another profile of David's which gets no videos uploaded to it is CaptainCrotch. As you can see from the evidence photo in the right column, CaptainCrotch is just as real as any other X-wing pilot.
Is Uptownmostly a criminal? David don't know about Uptownmostly because David is not Uptownmostly. Cheryl called David on the phone, October 14, 2007 and told him he confessed to being Uptownmostly. Once David received this voicemail, he went on a hunt to Uranus to find Cheryl's lawyers, private investigators and law enforcement agents. David has not vanished though. The Youtube profile Cheryl Shuman said that David sent this revelation to was SamanthaAJones. That SamanthaAJones account was banned from Youtube shortly after that phone call. Everyone including David knew SamanthaAJones was a Youtube account used by no one but Cheryl Shuman.
In that voicemail, she told David he confessed to being Yahweh at Livevideo. Yes, David is Yahweh at Livevideo... as though David had not already proudly announced that to everyone months before that. What kind of super sleuth does Cheryl think she is? David does not deny being Yahweh.

Cheryl Shuman tried desperately to intimidate David out of continuing to oppose her by spreading his full, real name, family members' names, property information and a phone number around on multiple web sites... Youtube, Livevideo, Blogspot, Yahoo and some other sites. Cheryl had this info pasted at her own web site, Starreyeyes dot org from mid October to mid November 2007. Since late summer of 2007, Cheryl started having the genius idea of setting up Youtube profiles which say "I am not Cheryl Shuman" since Youtube always bans her if she says "I am Cheryl Shuman". When people ask her about those "I am not Cheryl Shuman" profiles, she has said those profiles are her lawyers, interns, her daughters, and private investigators.
Cheryl dreams of a Youtube free of hate where only she is allowed to hate niggers, trannies and people suspected of hating her. Anyone caught using sockpuppet accounts will be under FBI investigation and convicted for cyberstalking, cyberterrorism and extortion... except if it's Cheryl's sockpuppet account. She has used a few hundred sockpuppet accounts herself, and here is one example Cheryl's ridiculous sloppiness in doing it in a video uploaded by Youtube user, Ellhow
Cheryl Shuman filed an illegal dmca complaint against this video on November 20, 2007. This video was resurrected on December 19, 2007 due to a successful counter claim sent by Ellhow.

Cheryl Shuman has sent many Illegal DMCA complaints against people's videos on Youtube. If the videos are not hers, she is committing crimes by sending infringement notifications to have them taken down. This video contains the claim document she sent. Youtube sends that when someone requests an infringement claim document pertaining to their account. This exposes 10 of those claims which she sent in one email, and it contains proof that Cheryl Shuman wrote the claims. She admitted it from her http://www.youtube.com/CherylShumanLLC profile. Three of these videos were counter claimed and restored at Youtube. Then the whole profile was disabled for unexplained reasons.

She has had real life court cases against Steven Seagal. One case was to get a restraining order against him. She attempted lolsuits against Seagal for a variety of things and didn't win anything. There was a real life trial in late October 2007 where Cheryl Shuman (who is in Ohio) was trying to get a restraining order against a man named Mario Nitrini (who is not in Ohio).
Four Youtube users went and sat through the hearing which barely even happened since Cheryl didn't even show up to court. Here is a video uploaded to Youtube by one of those 4 people who went to the hearing:
The judge threw out the case 'with prejudice'. That means Cheryl cannot attempt to reopen the case.

Cheryl Shuman, involved in a legal battle with actor Steven Seagal, was arrested Wednesday on felony charges of perjury in connection with an ongoing investigation of dissemination of fictitious documents, the Los Angeles District Attorney's office confirmed.
According to a spokeswoman in the D.A.'s office, Shuman was arrested at 10:05 a.m. at her Beverly Hills apartment during the execution of a search warrant.
Shuman denied she was behind a 10-page open letter to the media allegedly written by Seagal's assistant, Elena Sahagun, backing up Shuman's claim Seagal would do her bodily harm (HR 3/13). Prosecution contends Shuman used the D.A.'s stationery to write forged documents and a press release regarding her case.

March 13, 1995, Monday HEADLINE: Letter alleging Seagal wrongs proves a hoax BYLINE: David Robb
A 10-page open letter to the media, purportedly written by a former assistant to Steven Seagal that claims to substantiate the allegations of Cheryl Shuman in her ongoing legal battle with the actor is, in fact, a hoax.
The letter, which was faxed to newsrooms and movie companies all over the country, claims to have been written by Seagal's former assistant, Elena Sahagun.
The tip-off that the author of the letter was not really Elena Sahagun is the fact that Sahagun's first name was misspelled in the letter, which opens with: "My name is Elaina Sahagun." The real Sahagun spells her first name "Elena."
The author of the open letter -- falsely claiming to be Seagal's former assistant -- claimed to have overheard numerous conversations that substantiated Shuman's allegations that the actor has been attacking and threatening Shuman in an attempt to make her drop her lawsuit against him.
"It's a totally forged document," said Marty Singer, Seagal's attorney. "Sahagan says it's forged. I have reason to believe that Ms. Shuman wrote it. It looks like a press release for Ms. Shuman."
Shuman, however, told The Hollywood Reporter that she had nothing to do with the letter. "I have no idea who wrote the letter," Shuman said. "I didn't write the letter. I would like to know who did."
Daniel Toll, Sahagun's attorney, said: "It wasn't Elena who wrote the letter, obviously. The letter only benefits one person. We don't know who wrote the letter, but it was not written by Elena. It's an attempt by someone to get some kind of publicty through an innocent person, who has no malice or ill-will toward Mr. Seagal. Someone wanted some kind of publicity. Elena didn't write it."
If the 10-page letter was genuine, it could have proved an asset to Shuman's case as it purports to substantiate nearly all her claims.
The author of the phoney letter, claiming to be Sahagun, said, "I am writing this letter in hopes that I can prevent a possible murder of a woman named Cheryl Shuman. The knowledge that I am about to disclose could cost me my life."
In one sense, Shuman was the only person who stood to benefit from the hoax. But the misspelling of the name "Elena" is such an obvious blunder that Shuman -- by accident or design -- now stands to be discredited by it.

A Studio City woman who had been the focus of a neighborhood dispute over the condition of her home was found innocent Monday of charges stemming from a confrontation with a neighbor.
A Van Nuys Municipal Court jury found Leigh White, 62, not guilty of two counts of battery and one count of disturbing the peace, both misdemeanors.
White was accused of pushing a shopping cart into her next-door neighbor, Cheryl Shuman, during an argument May 8 over the shoddy condition of White's home and property. Shuman fell and suffered a bruised knee.
Shuman also alleged that White knocked her down May 19 after White accused her of stealing a fence. Shuman was five months pregnant at the time.
Deputy City Atty. David S. Kestenbaum said the incidents had made Shuman, wife of KNBC television news reporter Phil Shuman, a prisoner in her own home.
Pushing Denied
During the four-day trial, White denied that she pushed Shuman on either occasion. Some witnesses said it appeared that Shuman was confronting White at the time, according to White's attorney, Stuart Chapman.
The Shumans "overstepped the bounds of normal unhappiness to the extent that the jury believed they were biased against my client," Chapman said.
White's neighbors have complained for nine years that her home on Van Noord Avenue was a health and safety hazard. A fire damaged the $400,000 home in 1984, forcing utilities to be shut off. City officials last year ordered the home cleaned up.
Kestenbaum said the repair work on White's home was completed after White's daughter obtained control of the property. He said there are no building or safety code violations on the property now.
Phil Shuman declined comment on the verdict.

HEADLINE: DISPUTE WITH NEIGHBORS ERUPTS INTO ASSAULT CASE

It seemed nearly settled, the messy nine-year dispute over the unkempt house in a wealthy Studio City neighborhood.
Authorities had yielded to neighbors' complaints that the trash-filled, fire-damaged home on Van Noord Avenue lacked running water or power and was harboring rats. City officials had ordered the cleanup and renovation of the $400,000 residence.
On Tuesday, a volunteer work crew was on the scene to handle the last of the mandated repairs -- the hookup of a new electrical system and re-installation of a broken six-foot living-room window.
But the owner of the home wasn't there to see the work completed. Instead, Leigh White was in a holding cell at the Van Nuys Courthouse to answer charges that she attacked a neighbor woman with a shopping cart in a continuing argument over the condition of the house.
Called Pack Rat
It was the latest incident in a nine-year battle with neighbors who complained that White is a pack rat and her home a health and safety hazard. White's water and power has purportedly been turned off several times since 1978 for non-payment of her utility bills.
After a 1984 fire, city officials ordered the utilities disconnected until repairs were made to the house. Despite the order, White remained in the house, according to neighbors.
The 52-year-old White, known to some of her neighbors as Leigh Tobin, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant. Authorities said she had failed to show up last week for a hearing on the assault-and-battery charge.
The shopping cart incident occurred May 8, when next-door neighbor Cheryl Shuman reportedly confronted White about carts and trash that had been left in front of Shuman's house.
"I put the trash in the carts and said, 'Please keep your shopping carts in your yard, Leigh,' " said Shuman, who is 27 and five months pregnant. "I turned around, and she shoved a cart into me and I fell down backwards."
Shuman called police and White was arrested. But that wasn't the end of the dispute.
Accused of Pushing Neighbor
A few days later, Shuman said, White accused her of stealing a fence and of placing human waste in the backyard of the damaged home. Then White pushed her and knocked her to the ground, Shuman said.
After that, Shuman obtained a court order to keep White at arm's length. "I'm afraid to let my dog or my 6-year-old daughter play in the front yard because of what this lady might do," Shuman said.
On Tuesday, Shuman was in court with her husband, Phil, a television news reporter, to press the assault charge and accuse White of violating the court order.
White was blaming the Shumans and others in the neighborhood for the dispute, however. She suggested after the hearing that they had joined with Los Angeles city officials in harassing her.
"It seems to me like a man who works for a TV station is using his influence in this case," said Stuart A. Chapman, a county deputy public defender who is White's lawyer. "I haven't seen so much weight brought upon a person for nothing."
Trial Scheduled
Chapman told Municipal Court Commissioner Beverly E. Mosley, who scheduled trial for July 24, that the altercation was a minor dispute between "two ladies who were in some sort of shoving match involving a shopping cart."
But prosecutor David S. Kestenbaum said Shuman has become "a prisoner in her own home" because of White. "She's in essence under house arrest. She's afraid to leave without being assaulted," Kestenbaum said.
Phil Shuman denied that he has used his television job to exert pressure against White.
"I'm not one who thinks that everybody should have a Beverly Hills-like manicured lawn," he said. "It would be one thing if the mess at that house just happened. But it's been going on for 10 years. If this woman lived next door to a city official, it wouldn't haven't gone on for one month."
Officials denied Tuesday dragging their feet in ordering the renovations.
Senior Building and Safety Department inspector Ruben Perez said the house was declared substandard in 1985 after the fire scorched its living room and caused smoke damage elsewhere. In June of 1986, the city ordered it repaired within 180 days or face demolition.
Permits for repairs were finally issued on March 27 to White's daughter, Lisa White, 25, of San Diego, who is conservator of the house, Perez said.
"May 16 was the deadline, but everything except the living-room window and some electric work was done," Perez said. "Despite its appearances, the house is structurally sound."
"We can't concern ourselves with aesthetics," concurred Robert Steinbach, head of the city' building inspection division. "The amount of fire damage was minimal. The repairs haven't been speedy, but they've been steady. It's been a tragic thing."
"The neighbors want my mother out of the neighborhood. She feels everybody's out to get her," Lisa White said. "She's never maliciously done things against people. She just doesn't want to be forced away. She's lived here 28 years."
Target of Vandalism
Several teen-agers living on the street said White has been the target of vandalism. They said youths occasionally toss rocks at White's house when they know she is inside. "She wasn't bothered for no reason. She called us names and insulted our friends," said one of them. "One reason people were mean was that she talks about us and says bad things about us."
Residents of the block said they hope White keeps the house in good repair after it is fixed. Several said past efforts by charity groups have not been successful, however.
"They've done a major job to clean it up this time," said Jeff Jacobs, a 16-year resident of the neighborhood. "But she has a tendency to let things go. "

Cheryl is losing track of accounts again. Cheryl did not attempt to accuse David of trying to sell the cherylisafraud account. In the original version of her accusation, she said it was Cheryldearest. David has no control over either of those accounts, so the whole thing is crap.
The person who was using the cherylisafraud account is now using the cherlyisafraud account.
Although Cheryl posted all of the emails which were supposed to support this fantasy crime scenario, there is no request for money, no offer to make haters go away, no dollar amount anywhere to be found in those emails. The $3000 number mentioned above originated from her BLOG. That's the kind of shit Cheryl cooks up on her own. Quick review:
- She wrote "...stated very clearly in the emails..."
- she posted the emails
- the emails had no such thing in them.
Instead of David's CaptainCrotch Youtube profile, you can click the anticherylvids link at any time. For as long as Youtube exists, you'll be able to see David's last login, indicating he is not in legal trouble. Weeks, months or years from now, feel free to send David a message to ask if there was ever any legal trouble.
Cheryl is still really burnt that David was bullshitting about that ridiculous job. She believed David was a real job seeker who wanted a job at her legit business-which-does-not-exist. She believed every word of it. She wanted everyone on Youtube to believe it. She never was able to show that he sent her a resume although he made a video giving her unobstructed rights to post his resume if she had received it. He never sent one. She never posted one. Or in her case, she never had the resume to spam it to a few hundred Youtube users.

She is dreaming of getting investor money for some kind of reality TV show which involves having interns. If you are ever contacted or auditioning for anything involving Cheryl Shuman, do not let anyone have any info about you. Ignore the proposition completely!
It says in the article below that she plays to win. To her, winning comes at anyone else's expense even if it means stalking, harrassing, spamming, cheating on Youtube, threatening lolsuits, threatening real life violence, dreaming of incriminating people, and being a butthurt, kicking and screaming wannabe-victim every time she fucks up online. She plays to win, and loses every single time. What kind of winner ends up at age 47 and is completely obsessed with creating sockpuppets on Youtube for the purpose of arguing with other sockpuppets on Youtube?

- YouTube has banned Cheryl almost 1000 times. YouBanned You Will Not Broadcast Yourself
- Other people did not commit Cheryl's Youtube Terms of Service violations.
- Arguing with sockpuppets on Youtube will never get any of Cheryl's Youtube accounts reinstated.
- Cheryl wants stalkers, but no one wants to stalk her. The Internet has too many other people we want to stalk moar.
- No one will ever care if people are stalking Cheryl even if there were stalkers after her. People like stalkers moar than they like Cheryl Shuman.
- Sympathy friends due to having AIDS or other diseases are only good for supporting people who actually have the diseases. Friends of that kind are not interested in boosting e-popularity for your personal gain.
- No one was ever interested in Showbiz Bootcamp, The In Crowd Vlog, Trend Tracker or Jetset Date although she spent months trying to shove it down people's throats on every video and blogging web site she could find.
- No one is impressed by supplying sunglasses for some movies in the 80's and early 90's. If it doesn't benefit the audience NOW, the audience NOW does not give a shit.
- Everybody hated Cheryl's cheezy feather duster hag dance from the first time it was in any of Cheryl's videos. She still puts it in every video.
- Other people are not online to get sued and pay for Cheryl's failures.
- If you believe sockpuppets can destroy your name and your career, your name and your career are full of fail.
- Arguing with sockpuppets on Youtube will never get this article baleeted.
