Being the sexual deviants they are, Nintendo wanted to design a Pokemon with such an extreme sexual innuendo without people knowing. Thus, Cloyster (or Cloyteris) was designed. All the important parts were implemented, the two labia's and the clitorus, with an extra anti rape goblin to prevent the Delicious loli from being attacked by Pedobear. Some argue Nintendo wanted to sexually educate the children in a non-adulterous way, but the truth is Satoshi Tajiri (creator of Pokemans btw) just wanted the delicious loli.
Clamp Attack
