A cock boat is a boat made of cock, invented at RIT, except not at RIT because Drew (now of Toothpaste For Dinner) came up with it in "Dilhole" like a dozen last Thursdays ago. It was a stupid Dilbert parody that was shut down by some guys or something with a cease and desist and some other technicals, and he actually removed most all traces because (Google wins, you lazy ass), and also Kompressor. See he took some Dilbert comics and replaced the words with hiiiiiiilariously naaaaaaughty things re urine/semen/etc, and there was all Dilbert goin "HERE COMES THE COCK BOAT" and the fat guy who is also in Dilbert is all "ME FIRST ME FIRST" and then there's some kind of other thing, and then he looks really disappointed and I think maybe wet and says "I THOUGHT HE SAID THE CAKE BOAT" and that's the joke. Perfect response to any trolling attempt if you're not a funny or worthwhile human being. Note: Whoever wrote this is obviously extremely retarded, as it makes little sense.
