Cold Case is a show for lonely housewives, widows, the elderly and people with no social contact whatsoever. It is a show made for the lonely, the desperate and the socially inept. Basically, the show sucks.

The show focuses around some blonde bitch who goes around solving murders, a premise absolutely ridiculous as we all know women can't do shit.
The show's primary attraction to its decrepit audience is that parts of it take place in the past. This helps them support the belief that things were better 'back then', despite the fact that someone is being murdered in the 'back then' shots.
Old people are stupid.

The show is basically a lame excuse to play songs from certain decades just to draw up a little nostalgia in it's middle aged audiance. Because of the constant use of popular songs in each and every episode, the show would be impossible to release on DVD without the producers having to pay major copywright fees and if they were to be released on DVD format they would cost a fortune because of this. Well done, Cold Case. You managed to suck AND not make any money. Bravo!
