The shithole of DevianTART, the Complaints Forum is where all the TARTlets go to bitch at each other. No one is safe in Complaints as everyone who enters suffers from some form of genital disease, condemned to die a slow, painful death.

DevianTART is an epicenter of lulz revolving around temperamental 'artists' and pedos. Naturally, because of the dangerously high levels of dumbfuckery DeviantTART is livid with, there exists the almighty COMPLAINTS FORUM, where DA's healthy population of furfags can climb onto their soapboxes and rant about Fursecution in long, pseudo-political tirades. 16 year-old girls who claim to be TROO ARTEESTS flock to the Complaints Forum to whine about life in general. Another popular topic (one DA never tires of) is art thieves. Replies to threads such as this are full of fail and feeble attempts to understand the basics of Copyright Law, or law in general. However, the lulziest posts by far revolve around politics or personal opinions (I.E., "OMG I LUV HILARY!" "Homophobia is gay." "AMERICA IS GOING TO RAEP (insert country here)!11!!!" "God created the universe, the Bible says so." "PROUD FURRY, WHAT NOW?"). There is nothing moar lulzy than a bunch of socially-inept anime douchbags arguing over what created the universe or what country America will bomb next, and then thinking they are 100% right. Because Al Gore, not Jews, did WTC, amirite?
If people aren't bitching about something, they are bawling their eyes out at the Help with life forum, a place of equal LULZ. Lots of sappy, emo poetry ensures, containing roses, blood, darkness and the words 'fragile, rain, tears, pain', and shitload of often incorrectly used words pulled from thesaurus.com to make their poetry deep and themselves look intelligent.

On every DA forum, one's 'rank and self-worth upon the boards is measured by how many posts that person has made. TARTlets who do not have a post count of over 9000 are to be shunned as anti-social and worthless contributors to the great art community that is DA. Forum whores usually get sexual gratification by bragging about their Post Count. The term 'forum whore' was used to apply to people who, as well as having a high post count, also made good posts. Now it applies chiefly to faggots who post one word or ">:" the most. This means your number of posts counts for even less than before. So do us all a favor and kill yourselves, because your lives are now worthless. Thanks!
Most complaints-forum whores either wind up dead or banned after a while or become a senior during one of lolly's random, Nazi-esque Seniorisation sprees.
Beginning-whores are also put under scrutiny by older-whores, as they are constantly called "trolls" or "spammers", and reported the fuck out of, for fear the new-whores might get some reputation or possibly in the near future supersede them.
The most famous forum whore ever is Shadowgamers, an english schoolboy, obsessed with mecha-porn and genital mutilation. He spent a good portion of his pathetic life posting in caps lock and watching as the other forum whores battled each other for cock-sucking rights. His reign ended when he was banned for being an Accident Retard. Not one person has been pathetic enough to replace him as of yet. (ShadowGamers may still be mentioned, as he makes a point of remaining in contact with everybody, through any means possible, from MSN to LiveJournal. At last notice, he was on his final warning for a ban at deviantsnark) DISREGARD THAT, Shadowgamers has been unbanned. Most devianTARTlets that only suffer from minor retardation hope that he will be raped by robots in his sleep.

Usually, when someone makes a stupid post, some idiot decides to rewrite their post in a stupid, butthurt manner and repost it with a similar thread title. This usually results in them getting flamed for making a counter thread.
However, sometimes this gets out of control and there will be thousands of people making counter threads of one topic and everyone getting annoyed.
It should be noted that one of these shit heads actually made the best argument ever in this form with a counter thread titled, "My counter thread" which merely contained, "Your thread sucks". No one knows what happened to this poster, or where he/she/it might be today.

Started when someone announced that rap isn't music. Was immediately followed up by counter-threads such as "rock isn't music!" and "jazz isn't music!" Soon enough, people were running out of ideas and thread titles such as "sex isn't music!" started popping up. Isn't DA just a wonderful website?
This counter thread experiences an occasional revival, as certain people occasionally feel the need to announce that lyrics are not music, and musical choice should not be made according to lyrics. This makes perfect sense, because everyone knows the Pussycat Dolls make good music, and have every right to be world famous, whether or not they have any artistic or intellectual merit, at all, ever.

Last Thursday some idiot made a thread about how they punched a wall and got blood everywhere. Soon, people were creating threads titled "a wall punched me and now there's blood everywhere" and the like. This is generally considered to be amongst of the shittiest of counter-threads out of over 9000 shit counter threads. TARTlets are all so original and creative!
Another fine example of typical DevianTART dumbfuckery is as follows: One day, an innocent poster made a joke thread making fun of Goths. However, people took this thread a little too seriously and thought it was real. Some people were soon making threads titled "I'm prep, dammit!" and "I'm emo, dammit!", which just proved how fucking stupid the complaints forum whores are. These people are our planet's future? Jesus Christ. And TARTlets say that we're stupid. The truth is revealed.
One notable tread that almost started a counter frenzy was the "My dad caught me masturbating" ( [1] ) tread. Which created the "My *** caught me ***ing" counter threads. Even though it was a short lived counter thread it simply shows the lack of dignity these people possess.
[edit] Dead Horses
There are many topics on the complaints forum that are considered dead horses. Ironically enough, the word "dead horse" is one of them, because somehow is is funny to TARTlets. A dead horse comes about because people tend to make posts about the same shitty thing every day, such as how their life sucks or how no one likes them because they are furries. God forbid some one on an ART site post something pertaining to ART; even if it's a forum dedicated to complaints, can someone please complain about all the shitty 'art' that DA is ridden with?
Anime is perhaps the worst dead horse topic; it got so bad that the admins made a sticky thread for it, which no longer exists because the admins are stupid and thought this would "facilitate discussion", if by that they mean endless wanking against and by anime fangirls. Other dead horses include emos, goths, furfags, America, religion, and how dA is full of porn. When a topic that is considered a dead horse is posted, a whole load of forum whores will point out that it's a dead horse to the poster, a gesture to which to any rational human being would deem trivial (I mean, really, don't you whorebags have better things to do?). In response, the poster will post another forum thread saying how evil the forum whores are and will attempt to become an hero. Unfortunately there has never been a recognized occurrence of an hero in the complaints forum.

Somebody once decided to run for dictator of the complaints forum and tried to rally other forum whores, under the campaign promise of "removing the word emo from the English language".
The result was utter fail as an already unfunny joke was murdered and then had its corpse raped by obsessed fangirls and a bunch of wannabe forum whores who appointed themselves positions such as "Vizier" and constantly overused it.
Unfortunately several tartlets still sport "Complaintopia" signatures and run around like headless chickens telling everyone how to use the forums. This greatly annoyed the older forum whores who just wanted to be able to troll without a stuck up newb berating them about being mean. Since the older forum whores had been around for at least 100 years, most of the berating failed almost as much as Complaintopia.
