CrushYiffDestroy (or CYD for short) is a website and forum created and run by disgruntled fat former furry Mitch and is the haunt of former (and present) furries, plain old funny animal fans, and beardy ex-pornsters, collectively known as CYDiots. Their aim is to draw attention to the absurd excesses and drama perpetrated by the furry fandom, but mostly for their own amusement. They have no agenda, no aims, and no mission, other than explaining how obsessing over furry websites and masturbating to furry porn doesn't make them furries.

To the furry fandom CYD is a bunch of anti-furry trolls, since in furspeak "trolls" means anyone who dissents or dares to criticize anything furry, even dog-fucking or cub porn. Oddly enough, the Internet at large finds it hard to distinguish CYD from any other random group of furries.

CrushYiffDestroy used to have an obsession with someone called Xydexx, but have managed to get over it since discovering shota.

In late 2007, a gaggle of hardcore CYDiots unhappy with Mitch's tyrannical iron-fisted reign (well, that and his petty rules about not trolling and such) broke away and set up their own site, with the edgy name of Vivisector, recruiting to their banner a ~~vast army of~~ few malcontents who found CYD insufficiently gay.
