DICKS EVERYWHERE is a meme created by the ever perverse Kirtaner on his *chan, 420chan. Initially, a blank response would be filled in with the lovely words "DICKS EVERYWHERE". Despite the fact that it was a shitty wordfilter, his idiotic members thought it was teh funnay and it spawned variations. An example of this is 711chan's wordfilter for a blank response, JEWS EVERYWHERE. It has now gained meme status on 4chan.
