hardvice wins with his banner. He will recieve his prize as soon as I get to the post office. The runners up are twid, ExAcademic and anonymous. I will be sending you prizes too. The Encyclopedia Dramatica is having its first evar Banner Contest! It's very exciting and much like the articles and authors of the site - it's simple!

Follow the directions below. The winner will be announced on the Main_Page January 15th 2004. There are incredibly awesome prizes that you will not believe. Seriously. I already have them. There are several ways to win, and the criteria is totally arbitrary, so there's no reason not to try.
Remember: If you delete or overwrite the banners of other users, you will be disqualified. So don't do that.
[edit] Directions to participate
1. Create your banner in any of the sizes seen here. Using .gif, .jpg or .png image formats.
2. Upload your banner through the upload link.
3. Name the file with your username. If you'd like to enter several banners just add a number to the end. EX "bannercontest_usersname00.gif"
4. Post it in this article at the bottom of the other entries.
5. Sign your entry

If you have no photoshop skillz, just comment on the entries in the Talk page.
