Eproctophilia is a fetish that involves sexual arousal with flatulence. Much like scat, only the sickest of sick fucks enjoy it. It's essentially a softer form of coprophilia and it is mostly found in heterosexual males looking for hawt female farts, even on cakes and other food items.
