Frequently Asked Questions are questions that a frequently asked on teh interwebs. And since nobody ever reads the FAQs (pronounced "faygs") they can be seen as the internet version of "WET PAINT" signs and labels on Oxycontin scripts that say "DO NOT CHEW OR CRUSH!"

Most websites have an FAQ page with stupid questions (and presumably the stupid answers) the webmaster keeps getting axed and have given him twisted knickers.

However, the FAQ never addresses the big questions that really matter...like: "What is the meaning of life?", "What does it all mean?", "Is there life on Mars?", "Where's Waldo?", "If a stupid question isn't axed, is it still stupid...or even a question?" etc. Ergo, nobody ever reads the FAQ's and keep frequently axing the same frequent stupid questions.

Questions that are frequently asked IRL are called annoying. This is an important distinction.
