GTFO means you have just been told to get the fuck out. Usually a reaction to trolls or noobish behavior, you are more than likely to be told to GTFO in your journey across the internets. Popular responses to "GTFO" are "STFU", "O RLY?", "no lol!!1!" and "NO U".
