Gardevoir is a Pokémon-inspired meme, popular on /b/ and /v/. She is probably the best known and most popular example of Pokémon Rule 34.

Given her slightly humanoid appearence, Gardevoir is loved by many people who totally aren't furries. Don't tell a Gardevoir-lover that they're a furry, however, or they'll launch into a massive rant about how their obsession is totally healthy. A similar phenomenon can be observed in fans of Freya from Final Fantasy IX, in that fantasizing over a walking rat who may or may not have fur does not make you a furfag. Another way to make a Gardevoir-lover rage is to point out the fact that Gardevoir has no breasts. They will argue vehemently otherwise despite the fact that Gardevoir never appears with tits in the games, anime or any official art. Gardevoirs' main fans are emos, due to being overly-emotional dykes like themselves. All of her forms have emo-eyepatches, angst syndrome, and the ability to confuse the minds of their foes. Further evidence lies in the fact that the male non-trap form of Gardevoir has grew its own set of giant razors on its arms, while Ralts, Kirlia and Gardevoir are left cutting their wrists with the red-stained blades growing from their heads/chests.

All Gardevoirs are by default female, explaining the absence of male Gardevoirs in porn. Recent evidence has shown that contrary to ancient belief, some lucky bastards actually ARE male Gardevoirs. To avoid instances of surprise sex, they have evolved the ability to "Show Penis". Unfortunately, it is ineffective against dickgirl lovers.
Her torso has a 5 gallon semen collection bladder (a bladder can be any storage organ), which she uses to create Ralts (its loli form) embryos to implant into the wombs of homeless street whores with its chest spike, which in this case it uses to jab into their abdomen. The semen can enter the bladder through its stomach, anus and cunt (basically everywhere to fuck her). It requires large amounts of sperm for a successful embryo, however, so she must have numerous orgies to reproduce. This reproduction process would suggest she is in fact a succubus, but what sort of creature a Gardevoir is remains unconfirmed.
The semen in the mentioned collection bladder can also be consumed and used to empower her fanboy mind control. By manipulating hoards of fanboys, Gardevoir plans to one day conquer the entire Internet. However, since she is only a minor meme so far, the success looks bleak.
