The Grin Reaper is a meme featuring a fat fucker, who has an uncanny ability to predict death with his freaky, freaky grin that even gives Cockmongler a run for his money. He may be considered the human counterpart of Death Cat. Many shoops of him have been done, as if he were a new equivalent of Little Fatty. Unfortunately, the gender of this beauty is still currently a mystery.
