Homeless is a term to describe someone who is a drug user, rapist or a luser. Oftentimes they can be found living on a street corner or spending quality time trying to steal things from 7-11. Oftentimes they will end up being a prostitute or a politician, and usually in some way are considered hippies. It is common fate for most emo kids, fags, crazy people and fucktards.

Homeless James Bond is a popular 2-part internet video series. "Homeless James Bond vs. The Volcano" is made by some other person and is complete fail.
The good 2-part series while it at first seems to satirize James Bond, it is in fact filled with cracks about the homeless. Like how the homeless when begging instead of saying it's because they're homeless, obvious homeless-looking people use the "my car ran out and my children are inside". Or how the squeegee guys are supposed to make windshields dirtier instead of cleaner.
