IT'S OVER NINE THOUSAND! is a meme started from the annie may Dragon Ball Z, where characters would use scouters to detect power levels. It was cuntpasted many a time for the win. No topic goes without it. It's worth noting that in the original man gay, Vegeta noted Goku's power level as being "over 8000", "9000" is a product of Funimation faggotry.
Some argue that "over 9000" is the NEW CHALLENGER of "at least 100", but they don't realize that "over 9000" is a 4chan meme and that, like all 4chan memes, it got stale at most one week after its creation because it's been repeated abusively, if not because it wasn't funny from the beginning. This meme has even been used by basketball legend Michal Jordan saying "I've missed OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND shots... and that's why I'm successful".
UPDATE! According to the China Daily, "Over 9,000 people were killed as the deadliest earthquake in recent decades jolted southwest China’s Sichuan province." The death toll is OVER NINE THOUSAND!!!!
