JarlaxleArtemis is a Wikipedia Jew who looked upon all the other Wikipedia Jews and saw them all like they were Jewish King Herod who started the Jews on their path from being pious like Saint Job to being the Jew-gold-hoarding, Christ-killing, Ferengi they are today.

To achieve his aims, he did vandalism. Mission Accomplished.

Well, not really. He got this page [1] made about him that outted his first middle and last name, his birthdate, his school, and more information than even Daniel Brandt could uncover. He kept trying to blank the page to no avail. Eventually, the page became a talking point on Wikipedia Review for why Wikipedia administrators deserve outting, so Krimpet deleted it. He then left TOW.

One and a half years later, a bad imposter called "Mister Jarlaxle" vandalized two people's userpages and suddenly Krimpet restored the page at the request of a Wikipedian called Blueboy96.

NawlinWiki seems to think that JarlaxleArtemis and Grawp are the same person, but there's no conclusive proof of this yet.
