[edit] Typesetting and Cross-language characteristics
Be careful to use the special formatting rules for the verb to LOL.
- I LOL
- you (sg.) LOL
- he/there are no females on the internet/it LOLs
- we LOL
- you (pl.) LOL
- they LOL
Often seen on acient tapestries are these archaic forms:
- thou LOList
- he/no fems/it LOLeth
The past tense is of LOL is, naturally LOL'd, it is the same in all persons and number.
The adjective describing something as LOL inducing is “LOLificatious”, or the more commonly accepted “lulzy”. In informal contexts it may be spelled using lowercase as lol, but in formal contexts it should always be spelled in uppercase as LOL since etymologically it derives from an acronym (i.e. “Let’s Order Linguini”). The present participle of LOL is LOLin'.
The German conjugation of this irregular verb is as follows:
- ich LOLe
- du LOLst
- er/Es gibt keine Frauen im Internet/es LOLt
- wir LOLen
- ihr LOLt
- sie LOLen
The past tense has a stem change from LOL to LUL, the past participle is geLALen.
The special subjunctive naturally uses an umlaut:
- ich LÖLe
- du LÖLst
- er/Es gibt keine Frauen im Internet/es LÖLe
- wir LÖLen
- ihr LÖLt
- sie LÖLen
In Russian the verb is LOLить. Note that it is not ЛОЛить which means something completely different. As a second conjugation verb, it is typical:

- вы LÓLите
- они LÓLят
- я/ты/он LOLи́л

The imperfective of LOLить is naturally LOLовать. The reflexive form *LOLиться is only attested to be used by фуррски, as only furries can obtain lulz at their own expense. Some common derivative words include:
- заLOLить - to begin LOLin'
- заLOLиться - to get wrapped up in LOLin'
- доLOLить - to finish/succeed in LOLin'
- наLOLиться - to have LOL'd sufficiently (actually, no, as this is impossible)

The Korean verb is LOL다. Conjugation, starting with the most formal and moving down, is:
