- Got his degree in psychology from Wake Forest.
- Surprisingly received a masters in creative writing from Iowa State University.
- Somehow was able to get a doctorate in something other than being an asshat from the University of Colorado.
With all these achievements, he did what anyone who's as rich and beautiful as he is would do after getting as many degrees as he did: jump into the corporate world and start a LiveJournal.
Recently, he got a position at St. Bonaventure as an associate professor, allegedly within the journalism department. He's very proud of this, and told the Dean of the University:

If hired, I would bring to the St. Bonaventure campus a strong commitment to the teaching mission, deep experience as a communications instructor and practitioner and a passion for the life of the university community.... I've not only served the academy faithfully as a student and teacher in the past, but have done so with an enthusiasm that surpassed all requirements for my position. I would expect that commitment to service to continue at SBU.
Sadly, he doesn't seem to want to bring that can-do attitude to any other aspect of his public life.

The ass_professor's idea of presenting information to make a case is by taking a MoveOn action statement, paraphrasing it, and then presenting it without comment. When he's called on it, he pulls out his credentials as fast as Mediacrat pulls his cock out when he sees a dollar bill:
You're a youngster with about a 10-1 attitude to intelligence ratio right now, and kids like you rarely manage to pull Cs in my classes - although not for lack of ABILITY, which they have in spades, but for lack of self-awareness and respect for the gifts that are their minds and their opportunities. For what it's worth, you (and a couple other of your running buddies here) aren't half as smart as I was at your age, and that was before you were born (and three degrees - BA, MA, PhD - ago).
