North America, despite the common misconception by USAns, is not the northern part of their country, but the entire continent on which they reside, including Canada and Mexico.

North America was originally populated by brown people, but an effective ethnic cleansing campaign by the white people took care of that. Today, most of the continent's residents are civilised and speak English; however, below 30N, there be monsteres that speak the Devil's tongue.
