IT'S OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAAAAAAND! or just Over 9,000 is an over-used meme that was started by the anime Dragon Ball Z, where characters would use scouters to detect power levels. The line from the original manga was "It's over 8,000", but no one fucking knows about that, now DO they? This meme was cuntpasted many, many times and it's not funny anymore. Usage will only make you look like a weeaboo.
Some argue that "OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAAAAAAND" is the new challenger of "at least 100", but they don't realize that "OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAAAAAAND" is a 4chan meme and that, like all 4chan memes, it got stale at most one week after its creation because it's been repeated abusively, if not because it wasn't funny from the beginning. This meme has even been used by basketball legend Michael Jordan saying "I've missed OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAAAAAAND shots...and that's why I'm successful." Unsurprisingly, this meme has been used over nine thousand times.
"Over 9,000" is also recreated in the Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit video game. It was also recreated in its prequel, Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3, but no one gives a shit about that game.
When searching "Over 9000" on TOW, Project Chanology appears as the second hit. No one knows why.
