He seeks to prove by IPs that MONGO does vandalize ED by banging his coconuts together, but is thwarted by MONGO's claim that his IP starts with 68. What rootology doesn't know is:

The 68 one MONGO says is really him: 68.13.84.154 = ip68-13-84-154.om.om.cox.net
