Sexism

Sexism is what women claim when they want double standards for themselves. It's supposedly the belief that one sex is superior to another, because all sexes are equal in ALL WAYS NO EXCEPTIONS, unless the argument is that women are better than men, which is totally in vogue and is acceptable and is in no way sexist because only men are capable of sexism, and the belief that only men are capable of sexism isn't sexist at all.
