A size queen is a girl, or altenatively a homosexual, who only wants big dick. This is most often due to the fact that the vagina or asshole in question has been so stretched out after years of use that only a horse cock will do.
A size queen may also be a white girl who claims to only fuck black men because they have big dicks. In reality, these girls can only get black men because they are fat and ugly, and the thought of fucking them makes real people want to vomit.
