The Spaktacular Spectacle of Spax's Copyrights

Oh Spax you magnificent bastard!!! Did you honestly think that just slapping a copyright symbol next to your made up company name actually created a copyright? Didn't your crippled E-Lawyer mommy teach you anything other than anal rape?

By simply entering in the name "Mighty Noid Entertainment" into a search engine you will instantly be flooded by results all centering around or some way linked to Spax. This company name is even branded on his fail site at the bottom of the page; right below the beg for money button he installed. However should you go to the Gov site that lists all held copyrights and do a search for either Spax's real name or for the name of his imaginary company you'd be astonished at the results. It must be a mistake right? I mean Spax wouldn't lie about it in hopes that no one would call him on his bullshit would he? This must be a conspiracy by none other than Jason Griffith or as he is known on Deviant Art: The Sonic Rapist.

Uh Oh, Drah-Murrrrr!!!

Upon being terribly mentally, homosexually and physically scarred by the article in question, Spax3 began to make all kinds of legal threats against Encyclopædia Dramatica and other retarded members of YouTube. Well, not all kinds. Mainly the frivolous kind that nobody except soccer moms and PETA members seem to care about. But it was very serious business. This was funny enough on its own, but Spax soon found out that his friend Hikaritail was being e-bullied on Encyclopædia Dramatica (their words, not ours) via a journal by an equally retarded Sonicophile called Zamiecat. Said journal contains many lulz from both sides, and can be seen here.

As well as engaging the most serious wankfests of e-lawyering, Spax3 takes the time to enjoy the moar rewarding aspects of the internets, through such activities as running at least 100 DevianTART club accounts, whoring out a multitude of ill-thought-out e-petitions in the excessively long footers he puts in his journals, and of course, posting incredibly shitty art to clog up the tubes.

Also, like any good weeaboo, he wants to take down 4KIDS or something like that because they burn our houses, kick the dog, rape the wife, etc. Either way it seems he’s copying the logo to sell on teeshirts, which is definitely against the law. WAIT HIS MOM IS A LAWYER. So it can't possibly be. Other people break the law, NOT SPAX3.

Fanboys strike back

Eventually, on August 4th, 2008, the fanboys got too butthurt and began hacking accounts that made fun of spax3. TehSpeckles3 (Gaymerfansstudios(aka Spax3)) being one of their first victims.

Another huge waste of space, the basement-dwelling fanboy named BerserkerTails, actually made a tl;dr live journal about how butthurt he is about people making fun of Spactard3. He vented his bitching, whining and moaning on another random overly-hyped JewTube user named BigAl2k6. He also proved how hypocritical he is by admitting to the BigAl2k6 fan that he also goes by the name of SonicMcTails, which is his 100th JewTube account. He also likes walks in the park and sending death wishes towards people who makes fun of the lolcow Spactard3 for the lulz and failing at it miserably. And a few weeks after saying he didn't care about the whole Spax thing, he hacked yet another speckles hater called "GamerFans", even though speckles said he didn't want him to hack hate accounts. Butthurt much?

He disable the comments and hide his videos which he proves to us that he's a fuckin pussy BERSERKERTAILS CLOSED HIS YOUTUBE ACCOUNT SO HIS FAGGOTRY WILL NOT BE REACHING EVERYONE ELSE AGAIN!!!!

YouTube Nobodies Layeth the Spack Down!

YouTube the Mecca of camwhores, emos, fags, nerds, and psychopaths is rarely a place known for its ability to produce anything along the lines of a win and yet every once in a great while the users of YouTube, or as I like to call them Google Sluts, gets together and manages to create something which in some small way is made of win. For the last 6 months now Spax has been left to his own devices and most people treated the things he did or produced as TL;DR or TL;DW. This is all well and good since it is a well established fact that you don't watch fail; this is the same principle that is expressed in the saying that you don't feed trolls. However even though the majority of the internet had all but forgot about Spax there were a few holdovers who hadn't. These people, like all people on the internet, are assholes and being such they felt compelled to go and poke his fat ass from time to time to get a reaction. Spax never disappointed.

Since it is against his nature to allow anything which criticizes him to exist in any form whatsoever Spax began to abuse the system of reporting on most content sites around the net to get any such videos removed through use of copyright claims. While this was an annoyance to the people who created the videos it slowly began to become a pattern of behavior on the part of Spax. A video would be produced and uploaded to a site, a week or so would go by, and then it would be pulled down as if by magic. As time went on however people began to start to get pissed off with the idea that Spax could snap his fingers and remove things. After all, it didn't work for Tom Cruise, so why the fuck should it work for him? To make matters worse it was recently discovered that every video removal Spax had achieved was done so falsely since he holds no copyrights in the United States or the world for that matter. NOT ONE.

With the rising ire of the internet Spax did what he always does: Bawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. When he finished wiping the tears from his crusty, non-washed shirt, he again went online and with the help of his E-Lawyer mother began to remove videos from any site he could find. He even uses ED itself to find the videos so he could take them down faster. You can see evidence of this within this very article itself; the Spax Website Review has been uploaded to three different sites now since its creation back in November 2008 and yet each time Spax has attempted to or has succeeded in getting it pulled.

Well no more. It appears the internet has had enough of his outright faggotry and is putting its collective foot down and YouTube appears to be the focal point of this. If you were to go to YouTube and preform a search for Spax or Spax3 and look at the recently added ones with the last week you would see that there have been over 50 produced. Add to that the growing number on sites like Veoh and Dailymotion and it soon becomes apparent that Spax's shit is no longer being tolerated. Whether this will be a flash in the pan or an ongoing expression by people of disgust for his bullshit is yet to be known. What is known however is that the days of him getting away with pulling shit are done.

On September 17,2008, BigAl2k6 put down the cheeseburger and verbally owned Spax, Spax3 had finally had it. This was inevitable since he was already under "too much" pressure by trolls and fanboys.

Afterwards, he went on to close his Youtube account and left without a word. However, we all know he is going to comeback some time in the not too distant future. You may still go to his DevianTART page for a prime source of lulz and fail. But the asshole is back doing more gayme reviews on Revver, and too much of a pussy he disabled ratings and comments, bringing new episodes of utter faggotry.

Many say the DRAMA is over (However, Spax3 always finds a way to become the center of attention again), but these articles, videos, etc. will remain in the internets permanently to remind us of what alcohol, video games and a blue hedgehog can do to your kids!

When Boomstick was still busy pwning the little fagtard in his videos, Spax got all butthurt and decided, just like everyone else who dares oppose him on the interwebs, to threaten to file charges against Boomstick for "Harrasment" and "Stalking" if he didn't close his account. This is ironic because he's doing the same thing considering he has Boomstick's full name, address, and phone number, but that's okay, because HIS MOM'S A LAWYER!

Boomstick refused to give in to his demands and kept making videos about him, which caused Spax to become even more of a lolcow than he is now and smacked Boomstick with the almighty banhammer. Even after Spax thought he got rid of his problems, Boomstick came back with another account under the name "Boomstickforever".

Soon after Boomstick made his Boomstickforever account, he eventually got his old account back. But as he kept going on his business pwning Spax inside out until Spax decided to do the unthinkable: Use his mommy to call Boomstick's house and threaten to sue Boomstick out of his house like the little fucktard he is. Boomstick did not stand for this and kept making Spax baw to the floor and fucking his Noid and Cream plushies to help relieve stress, Spax's gay lover MulderYuffie had flagged every one of Boomstick's videos and managed to get him suspended again. And again, and again.

A long time ago when watching Boomstick545's videos, he got bored and joined up with shock44 to make Crybaby Entertainment. Like Boomstick, he and shock44 did Commentaries on Spax's videos and including some other people like supersmithnetwork, the biggest Spax hater ever and Evan, a huge Sonic Fanboy. Crybaby Entertainment was the 2nd most popular Spax retsupurae, only to be top by Boomstick.

On May 18 2009, CrybabyEntertainment got suspended by butthurt Spax. Sora444 did say that they will be back but at the moment, they will do commentaries with ST2687 on his account, FightBackCrew09 He is back as WesCommentarys. CrybabyEntertainment was blamed for Sora444's deviantART account getting banned since Spax found out he runs it. When Sora444 got banned on deviantART, he made a new account called Sora4442 (yeah, very original). Spax banned that account for trolling... which he did not, as he was just commenting on Spax's page. He was not flaming, trolling, or spamming him, he was just commenting on his journals, polls, and artwork. When that account got banned, he made a new account called Sora4441 (even The Later Robot Masters from Mega Man were more original) How this account got banned is when he made a rant on Spax, a bitch named CrystalofChaos tattle-taled to Spax about it after getting butthurt from the rant. Spax removed it and got his account banned for, you guessed it, trolling. Now Sora444 got IP banned from that crappy art site that is full of Spax's asskissers.
