Specialboy88 is the YouTube user name of a recent 18-year old high school graduate in Chicago, USA, who has given to high drama and is also starved for attention.

Evidently his parents left him crying in his crib for hours on end as a baby, leaving him to wonder if they were EVAR going to return, which they eventually did in time to send him to Kindergarten. Of course by then, his diapers were a complete mess and still happen today when he doesn't get enough attention. This left severe emotional scars on the young lad, as he now associates the lack of attention with soiled undies.

He literally shits his pants if people fail to pay attention to him, hence his increasingly shrill demands for some kind of affirmation as the day wears on. Thank god there's someone there to do his laundry. Simple little entries on his video posts such as "you are gay, why don't you just admit it and come out?", or "Patrique, you are so hot, I'm so glad you're really straight" just don't quite rise to the level of attention this young man is seeking. Freud and Jung would have quite the dialogue over this patient... Freud would say he was deprived of fatherly love while Jung would describe to him the Troubador archetype. In either case, he will probably not be happy until he experiences a foam orgy at which he is the center, with 20 hands on him at all times. One can only hope this befalls him sooner rather than later. At least then we know there'll be no more soiling.

He has also made a video of himself cutting his wrists to seek attention, and then faked his own death by blaming it on a friend.

Recently, he was sentenced to two weeks in jail for his fake suicide. He left jail with a glowing bronze tan, and many users claimed that he was actually on vacation in Florida during his so-called jail sentence.
