Symbion

Symbion, is the founder of 7chan.org. A year after its founding, the events of /b/day occured, and in the chaos 7chan emerged as a homeland for the /b/tards where jailbait could be posted, raids could be conducted, weeaboo could be humiliated, and other massive wins.

- So heres the deal. symbion ("steve") went on 'vacation' 3 weeks ago. He hasn't been back and I haven't heard from him. Renzo (funder of 7chan) came on IRC and told me symbion quit, then proceeded to fuck over the DNS. The dedi will probably go unpaid in the next few weeks and Renzo ran out with all of your donations. I'm sorry to say this but we'll need more if 7chan is truly going to stay alive. It won't be 7chan.org, because I don't have control over the domain, but it will have a backup of this site. We have ownership of sevenchan.org and someone has kindly offered to purchase a server.
It'll probably happen, but we need to keep our options open here. that's why ian is non-explicitly asking for donations. Should the server actually be paid for and sorted, expect a few hours/days downtime to sort the server then it's 7chan-a-go-go. check www.sevenchan.org regularly.
Note: the reason we are doing this is because we do not own the current domain name and it is fucked completely. This server is bound to go offline because of lack of funding.
