That's why I made the page. I'd also like to thank the lulz masters who added the external link and hospital doodz. Your time will only add to the lulz as time goes on.

  • I saw this on the news a bunch of days, and moar days ago! --E8792m 12:02, 24 October 2007 (CDT)

[edit] He's gone?

WTF, when did Oscar die? Sources please.--Illusione 05:40, 2 November 2007 (CDT)

  • I can't find any news article suggesting Death Cat is dead. KuraiguNoir 09:33, 29 November 2007 (EST AU)
  • Seconded on the sources. Not to be wikipedic or anything, but you can't just say that Oscar died without some evidence. I took the section out, cause it was just pissing me off. I realize that this is ED and nothing's ever really factual, but unless you can provide some sources Zellos (the user who made the section), then we have no reason to say that this cat is dead.--Endedrural 19:33, 11 January 2008 (CST)Endedrural
  • zOMG, was it really pissing you off? Were you just so fucking pissed? Did the fact that someone made up a funny story about Oscar dying just seriously piss you the fuck, OFF!?

Get over it. Oscar's death is by definition an internets phenomonon. GB2/TOW/. - Jasper Jasper @ MeowMail.com 19:39, 11 January 2008 (CST)

  • Nobody was BAAAAAAWing here, asshat. We just wanted a confirmation, a web source, before adding those elements to the article. --Illusione 19:46, 11 January 2008 (CST)
  • All right, I'm not gonna be immature about this and get into an edit war. However, it's pretty fucking clear that the section is made up, otherwise somebody would be able to provide at least one legit source. Citation usually wouldn't be a problem, but since the section is false, it's unnecessary in this article. "Get over it. Oscar's death is by definition an internets phenomonon." Yes, except that it never happened, so what is anyone supposed to get over, dipshit?--Endedrural 11:36, 12 January 2008 (CST)Endedrural
  • That source is the legit source. People passed that story off everywhere (meaning it happened and was a phenomenon) like it was real on the internet (making it an internets phenomenon) that created mild drama among those who believe everything they read. The joke was that people took it too seriously. See also {{satire}}. - Jasper Jasper @ MeowMail.com 13:00, 12 January 2008 (CST)
  • My bad. I didn't realize that. Thanks for adding the source anyway, it makes the article better.--Endedrural 13:25, 12 January 2008 (CST)Endedrural
