AOL invented 1337?

I dont fucking think so.

1337 and 84x (BAX) was around several years before, in the form of amateur radio abbreviations, bulletin board systems in the 1980's, customised number plates then mobile phones.

I therefore challenge the validity of this article. if were going to post unlulz bollox, lets at least post accurate unlulz bollox. Im loathe to credit anything to AOL, apart from the epic stupidity of its users.
