uh I think you can leave the images as they were (through external link to ED), a massive image clean-up like what I just did only occurs once a year, and in that event you could always restore them (or tell the deleter). ~ Banaan 14:35, 9 Oct 2005 (UTC)

Yeah. I'd like to keep from linking to my own website if possible for images and stuff. I just thought a simple restore would do the trick, but you actually have to legitimately re-upload them, which caused the problem. Either way, it's fixed now. --badlydrawnjeff 14:37, 9 Oct 2005 (UTC)

No real names policy

If the real name of the subject of the article is all over the place, do we still have to remove all references to real names in æ articles? What if the person is better known by his real name than his nickname? Just wondering. ~ Krade 16:34, 9 Oct 2005 (UTC)

I'll be honest - I don't know. The original article was made before the policy went into effect, and my personal standard is what they're known HERE for. He's known here for being an LJ douchebag, not for being a prof. Meanwhile, someone like Rachelle Waterman is known for being a murderer who happens to be on LJ. I mean, if some other admin moved it back to his name or made a redirect, I wouldn't protest, but yeah. --badlydrawnjeff 21:47, 9 Oct 2005 (UTC)
    • Just checking. I wasn't talking about this article in particular, but since the real name policy was enforced here as well, I thought I could clear up my question in here. ~ Krade 22:27, 9 Oct 2005 (UTC)
