This article is definitely personal, full of speculation and lies. Which are not bad things at all, but they weren't even written with Lulz in mind. The anger projects through the words clearly. I mean, common! Serson and Hellionexciter have spoken endless shit about ED, and this article makes them sound like they are ED's knights in shining armor. The soppy cunt personal shit is just unimportant drama that the Skehan's are making themselves, but it will be big on Youtube and people on YouTube will want to read about it and will be asking why it is not on ED, or stop coming to ED at all.

The point of this article was to prove that the worst YouTubers are buddying up with MikeSkehan to try and control the YouTube section of ED and hide the real shit that is going on by attacking anyone that threatens to expose it. Look at the shit that I got for this tame article. Others would have got the same shit for exposing any of the people that MikeSkehan is protecting and they might have given up after Weatherman's 5th template. <-- battlestar forgot to sign. fail.

After this article was written by an ED n00b who obviously signed up simply to post this article - all the comments on videos celebrating the new ED entry were from the anti-skehan camp aka jealous trolls " i hate that ppl leik mike and he has a lot of subscribers :'( " ... and butthurts, Enemies of ED / PPL who had bitched about ED - whoever posted the article as can be seen from this talk page - can't even fucking sign their posts.

I really dont think mike cares about this, and i had been thinking about writing an article about him for a while b4 this was posted, which would at least have been funny and would have not been some vanity bullshit.

Mike didn't play any part in this articles redirect by ODB.

Mike took the heat for everything ED has ever done and ever did on youtube in the past - and the usual jews, nigger / Hitler's Uncyclopedia bullshit etc etc ... and this was not a problem. He attracted the wrath of jealous trolls and ppl who he simply didn't want anything to do with anymore due to their irrational hysteria and unrequited love.

In my time on youtube i have seen mike's dox posted constantly, including legal and tax records - pix of his house and the names, phone numbers and addresses of 6 of his neighbours - and names and pictures of his kids... (lovely image macros of his kids with "kill skehan's kids" on them) - but still he never flinched from promoting ED and YCTAT applied mostly and any responses to trolls were pretty much win.

Whilst youtube used the excuse that someone he gave a sock to dropped dox, i imagine the fact that for a week mike had been at the top of the most discussed list with multiple videos in support of the YouTube Yahweh Clan talking about how pedos were rife on the 'tubes didn't do him any favors - and considering the potential for bad press - the banhammer was pretty convenient.

Mike is prob "Notable" enough for an article - since he was suspended youtube is sadly lacking in lulz as well as high visibility ED presence/article promotion. A graet Loss for ED IMHO ... and as it stands this article is not a way to repay this loyalty, and the work he did in ED's name. Yes mike was an arrogant son of a bitch in his videos which was generally all part of the troll but he had/has what so many of the fail trolls lack these days - a sense of humor - good ones are few and far between these days.

Mike never claimed to be anything other that an ED user: it is well established that anyone trolling with any visibility is mistaken to be the owner of ED and the Voice of God regarding ED matters.

I have become a little tired of late, of people with little (if any) experience of EDiting squawking on about how they are privy to knowledge regarding "What ED stands for and represents". I would never be so arrogant to claim such a thing, i am still becoming enlightened regarding this matter and some of what i had previously had inklings towards has turned out to be not the case.

ED is not mikeskehan's personal army, and he never claimed it was. Does ED really want to be the personal army of a bunch of failures - like danielspengies, TheRedSkull, thatkidparker, irish282, argent009 (who actually made the admittedly hilarious "climb the forehead" image) ......the list of butthurts goes on and on - but this TL;DR shit that i am writing has to stop liek NOW :)

Like you said: he's notable enough to deserve an article in his own right for the prolonged sustaining of YouTube lulz. There are lulz contained in the story of a guy who falls in with ED, trolls, ends up leaving his wife for one of the people he has so lately been trolling, and then has his ex-wife start posting their marital difficulties all over YouTube, so that does deserve inclusion. (And Mike isn't the Skehan attention whore volubly using his domestic strife to be popular on YouTube, amirite?) And no, I can't imagine Mike cares about an ED article. Given the general ED policy toward killing vanity articles, some might argue it's an honor. Does that make it irony that the butthurt have bestowed it on him?

Anyway, the whole article sucks as it is now, but it could be really good. If it's not written by people that are mostly butthurt because Skehan made them into bitches. It is cute how they tried to convince us to keep their unfunny whining by appealing to our collective ego though. I had no doubt that the article was buried purely because of it's style rather than the patently ridiculous (and I mean that in a good way; I lolled) allegations that it came down because of who the subject is.

Battlestar originally wrote a decent article in terms of an historical account, unfortunately he/she doesn't seem to have written any good lulz into the article. And since it lacks this, it seems to function in an alternate way. The perception of Mike was a complicated thing and he did make a concerted effort to give ED a new face on Youtube. But this article currently fuctions in only 2 ways: 1. Serving the petty vengeances of frustrated and shamed Youtubers who've had real articles (good ones) made on them 2. To the chagrin of ED. And as Zeno stated, it's unfunny, and it is seriously lacking lulz, lulz which aren't there and which probably can't be found. It was Exhibit B 2 months ago. It still is.
Whatever, just my 2 cents.

• Yeah I see Skilling had already changed it quite a bit since that original comment maybe Mike wouldn't mind mirroring certain vids like you said since that would supplement/give it more context. His original vids, like you said, are almost non-existent on YT. If he wouldn't mind upping some old vids somewhere where they wouldn't be speedily deleted, maybe Google video (can you still embed with GV?) or he could just up to ED I guess. Obviously there's lots of other related vids he has that are needed in other articles as well. I'll try and grab him on aim later and see if he's cool with it.
