The first portion of this article (which I did not write) is leaning toward anti-lulz. I am requesting deletion. I would like to see this article focus more on the current Olympic games in Beijing. I doubt that I meet much resistance here considering not many people have made changes to this article as of yet. I can already tell you though, with the way this year's Olympic games are shaping up we should have plenty of lulz to make this an awesome article.

• I think this OK, but almost everything here is already in either the LOLympics page or the Phelps page. If nothing happens by the time we've wrapped up Beijing, I'll probably merge them.
