The story as I know it so far

So Phillip Markoff made an appointment to see some chick (forget her name) for one of those sex massages. Of course, he didn't want a sex massage. He wanted her money. So, he showed up and held her at gunpoint, she fought back, and he shot her. He walked out of the hotel (with his face in plain view for the security cameras) and just went about his night.
A few other women said they had an encounter with exactly the same guy. They were selling sex massages on Craigslist and he'd show up and rob them. The whole reason he didn't kill them is because they didn't fight back.
