I didn't do it for the lulz, but I'm glad lulz were had just the same.

After further consideration, it appears that LJ users on the whole care more about "free speech" (yes, on a private website, yadda yadda) when it concerns their ability to write pornographic stories using twelve year old characters of someone else's invention, rather than when it might have real political consequences. Therefore, I have ceased and desisted the giving of a shit.
