This should just redirect to E.S. Nigger Brown stand and they should be combined. There is nothing remarkable about toowoomba itself except for the E.S. Nigger Brown stand, therefore, it doesn't merit it's own article. I think a while back I made this redirect but it was reverted for some reason.
