Windows Optimizer 2009 Release 0

I have uploaded source and binary distributions of my new release. This is based on the 2008 code base and is not in any way affiliated with the "Windows Optimizer 2009" seen in the screenshot, which I assume violates the GPL under which I released the Optimizer.

I'd like you to try it out on some systems and report back. As of now, I tested it on XP, 2k and Windows 7 build 7000 on which it worked. What about Vista and its several editions?
