{{editing|reason}}. This was made by a previous faggot who was apparently known to complain about such things. Technically, a person should have an article completed BEFORE they post some crappy stub, but since a lot of people are idiots, that seems to be a rare case. This template is meant to stop edit conflicts for big re-writes, new articles being written with progressive edits, same for new policies. Reasons might be "new article", "adding a bunch of pics" or whatever.
