Parameter Guide

 1: Content to be displayed in content box (lower)

 2: Width of entire template, in pixels or percent of page width.
    Account for 20px for the box's borders and 2-4px for spacing,
    depending on browser.

 3: Height of content box.  Not enforced in all browsers.

 4: Color of box's border (i.e. the round part)

 5: Background color of content box

 6: Font color of content box

 7: Border color of content box

 8: Text alignment of content box (left, right, center, justify)

 9: Any extra CSS properties for content box

10: CLASS of content box (element is a <td>; must be able to apply)

11: ID of entire box.  Needed for javascript or adding collapsing
    or morphing using this object.
