Toddler

The Toddler is not, as assumed, an actual child under the age of 5. Some argue that this costume is a guise for obvious pedo tendencies. He must be restrained at all times. All good citizens are required to alert the nearest police officer as soon as possible after a sighting.

The Toddler is approx. 4" tall, and wears a nappy at all times, leading to the appearance of a puffy, distended bowel. Hair is recognizable, and ridiculous. His nappy will have a persistent stream of fecal matter, leading to puddles which follow him wherever he goes.
