Mission Statement
Having enjoyed watching many legendary ruins courtesy of ED, I decided to request an account in the hopes that I can satisfy my insatiable appetite for mudkips and cats while giving a little something back in the process. My user page is currently suffering from a terminal state of unfunny while I work on my wiki markup skillz. Sort of like a sandbox, but more like a litterbox at the moment.
Relevant to my interests
I pay attention to news, politics and current events and hope to help out with that, general copyediting/cleanup, image archiving, and documenting dumb 4chan shit such as animu, moar cats and the like. My learnings also include stupid tech stuff and, as much as it pains me to admit it, the occasional online game. Also, cocks.
Why here?
Why would some one as, rich, beautiful and educated as myself spend my precious free time contributing to ED? Because I'm a librarian at heart and this is the best goddamn library on the internets. ED enforces rigorous content standards (unlike some other online resources) and offers the most factual accounts of important events both on- and offline. That's something that I can totally get behind. I find the nobility and beauty of this endeavor absolutely breathtaking.
So, my dream is to follow in the footsteps of my super special awesome mentor, Professor Fact Cat. I hope that some day that I can be worthy to sweep the dust out of his shadow. Until then, I must be content to merely be the litterbox that he deposits his learnings into.
