Unfunny
From Encyclopedia Dramatica
Seriously lacking in the lulz department.
Literally it means "not funny". In truth, however, something becomes actively unfunny by trying to be funny and failing, unlike, for example, a congressional budget report which just doesn't contain any humor.
Sometimes used by a butthurt victim of the lulz as a rebuttal, or by someone who doesn't get the twisted humor of today's youth.
