• Custom sigs? Sure. k lemme see if I can remember this shit right, what I think you need to do for a custom sig is click "Raw signatures" box under the "user profile" tab in my preferences. And then you include all the formatting for your sig in the "Nickname" box. As for the formatting and what you want, well that's totally up to you =) Some people choose to do it with a combination of subpages, you can create a subpage like User:Penni-piper/sig to mess around with the formatting that you are going to copypaste into the "Nickname" box for your sig if you like. If you need any other help lmk.

• No, don't worry about it, I know you were trying to clean stuff up and help. The archives though, are a manor of historical record (sort of) and shouldn't really be messed with. Actually, I'm not really sure how those remained unprotected that long so it had to be done anyways, regardless. You just have to exercise judgement when you change anything, like typically speaking, anything archived is something you don't want to mess with. If you're going to tackle cleaning up needed pages I guess that page could use a little cleaning up. If you take a look at Portal:YouTube/needed that's how a needed list should generally be structured but we've let the main page get pretty dirty. Don't worry at all, srsly, nothing to apologize for, I can tell you're only trying to help and we're all a little lost when we're newer. Also, don't worry there's shitloads to do round here and you'll never run out of stuff to do, we can always use more RC patrollers of course, and any help with fighting faggotry in general is always appreciated, trust me on that one <3

No don't worry you're not bothering me =) Any broken links that show up as red links on archived pages, or on talk pages, or other pages, don't really need be fixed. I wouldn't worry about it.

We're more worried about articles having red links. If you were to fix thos this would be a much better use of your time. In fact, if you're looking for stuff to do here's some suggestions:

1. Uncategorized articles - Categorize any uncategorized articles with the appropriate categories.
2. Orphanized articles - These are articles which don't link to anything, what you can do is go round and link articles TO these pages. But please do so responsibly, we don't want irrelevant links to these pages (ie. in the See Also sections, or wherever) that have nothing to do with them.
3. Double redirects - You could help fix these but WM's Mysterybot basically already fixes all these immediately, so you probably won't find any.

If you're looking for some other stuff to maintain, I'd suggest checking out {{opentasks}} as well. Also, if you're not on the mailing list you should go ahead and join. And hey, like I said, patrolling Recent Changes for faggotry and vandalism is always very much appreciated. And if you find any users that that haven't been caught for vandalizing you can leave a note on any of the active sysops talk pages (Just fyi, there are several sysops who aren't really active that much, usually checking RC will tell you who's active on site or not just by the edit histories).

Also, this page that you made should be for you to tinker around with your signature, so if you want you can toy around with that there and come up with something really cool for your sig.

Hi. I didn't ignore your question before because I thought you were whining, I've just been afk for a while and haven't been online much. Anyway, I don't think people are ever going to come to a consensus on that article, so just go for what's funny. Even if something's misogynistic or feminist, it won't really matter much if it's well written and humorous. If you're going for something slightly misogynistic, try not to resort to mindless MEN ARE BETTER THAN WOMEN HURR DURR. Same goes for feminist-ish additions. Criticism of men is fine, but we don't need stupid bitching. Some of the criticism is actually quite funny and satitical, but it seems to too often devolve into the converse of the above. Anyway, I'm starting to ramble. I looked over your edits, and I think they're actually pretty funny. However, try not to overwrite so much of the existing stuff if at all possible. If you want, you can just add that "Men's Weaknesses" stuff to its own section. But don't worry; as bad as that article is now, it used to be even worse. O hai :) Right, well if you have got the configuration of your user:Penni-piper/sig and your user:Penni-piper/autosig pages correct and your preferences set right then all you need to do is type 4 tildes to get your sig. You can also transclude your sig (I think this is what you meant) and not paste the entire text every time if you want as well, although there's nothing wrong with doing that, (lol some people's sigs are HUEG). If you want to transclude instead of leaving the text just type "{{user:Penni-piper/sig}}" after your comments instead of 4 tildes and then it will function the same way a template does. Either way is fine though =)

• np :) btw the good thing about doing that is that whenever you change your sig text it is reflected in all your past comments, unlike when you use 4 tildes. but the bad thing is that when you transclude with your sig it does not time stamp your comments. unfortunately i don't think there's a way to get round it (not that I know of at least). its one of the reasons why 4 tildes is usually better despite the extra text. probably why I shouldn't be doing it either :/

I reverted the page to it's original form and did a little tidy up at the top. No need to delete / replace anything. No offence, but the page was looking a little shitty. I cant understand it too. at the preview (editing only the last section) everything was OK, the template worked. but asap i saved it, and viewed the page in "read mode", there was a "nowiki" like text in the templates place (this: {{Language}}). that's why I removed it. it seems that the page is soo tl;dr (over 200 kb), that the parser cant wikify it correctly. maybe.

I work 5pm-5am, so yeah I don't sleep at all. I'm EST right now and it's 8:30am, I should probably go to bed but honestly I don't see that happening for a while so I'm not even going to try right now :D And yeah that was the second day in a row that we got hit with those bots. I rarely see mods on before noon and they seem to hit in the morning. I'm glad you posted that in the thizzle, cuz I was busy with other shit and hadn't gone near recent changes. I wish I knew the bot could have fixed though, I am however getting really good at mass reverting though. I got a pretty good system down now. Hopefully they will choose the admins soon so people like you and CM will be able to rectify this shit while it's happening.
