I've created a sample of the template. It's in no way done yet, but feel free for you and everyone else to change it as much as possible. I haven't been thorough with y!Users who already have ED articles, and I think we should make pages for all the mods. Anyway, you can find the sample here, and the sample is below (and it automatically puts the page name in, so don't get pissed off):

    • Weatherman moved it from the article to the talk page (too many dox?). Someone moved it back. I re-put it back on the talk page, assuming that was where it was supposed to go. Though, I don't care at all if it has to be deleted, I just didn't want to delete it and have someone think I was blanking a section.
      • This is why we have edit summaries. You can explain why you are doing something by using them, and thus avoid being banned for blanking-Ket^{the KangaJew}_{Sodomy plz} 18:26, 2 December 2007 (CST)
