Several templates have already been removed (effectively) because people can't resist sprinkling them atop every single page. If you think the spoiler template on Macbook_air serves some higher purpose which is indiscernible to the average user, then spell it out on the talk page. - Just seconding what Jasper said, a spoiler template wasn't necessary for the purpose it was serving. The spoiler template should be reserved for - wait for it... spoilers. If editors start to overuse any given template, the sysops tend to get pissed and just delete the template altogether. So to prevent that kind of thing from happening again, users try to keep the template usage to a minimum. Don't take this personally or anything, we're just trying to make the site run smoother. If you'd like to include an opening line about the macbook air again, try not using a template or use one that's relevant. There's already a whole article devoted to the macbook air, and there's a link from the apple article, which I feel should be enough. But please don't keep adding the spoiler template to the apple article.--Endedruraltalk14:55, 1 March 2008 (CST)
