Congratulations on joining ED! You probably fit into one of these categories:
- 1. New User
- Before making your first article look over ED:101. Try checking out random articles and fixing typos, grammar and/or bullshit where you find them before trying to make a new page. To start with, make multiple small edits to different articles until you have the hang of it. If you don't, it is unlikely that your article will survive for more than sixty seconds and you risk being molested by ED Sysops.
- If you don't know anything about wiki formatting and code, please read ED:BASIC and the Style Guide. Take your time and start slowly.
- 2. Mediawiki Migrant If you're an experienced wiki user (probably from a Wikipedia offshoot) who knows how to operate, please read ED:101 for offical policy and ED:MIGRANT for tips on assimilation and basic rules.
Whichever you are, to successfully contribute to ED, please take some time to look around, note why other people get banned and don't act like they did.
Communication with other users prevents misunderstandings and can be done through talk pages, TJC and the mailing list.
If you plan on sticking around, feel free to make your mark on the ED:Map and join the ED Facebook, the ED Myspace and the ED Bebo.

Hi, I see that you're trying your hand at improving that article. However, IMO (not humble), your current version is no better (probably worse) than the previous one. Please try to improve it, otherwise I'm going to revert. I'll let you work on it, because you seem to want to help and there are some signs of lulz in your new version. Things I suggest:
- Get rid of the broken links; there are too many
- Tone down the netspeak a bit. Also, watch the piping.
- Choose your insults wisely; criticism and satire are often better when they're subtle and well written, rather than just heaps of bland insults (gay, faggot, retard, stupid, etc.) and tired jokes. Which leads me to my final suggestion...
- Try to vary the jokes more. Right now it's just a bunch of repetition about sex, war, and the superiority of women.
I don't think it's a necessarily bad idea to have the page be critical of men, but again, this version is no better than the last.

- Hi, it's looking pretty good. The spelling/grammar/usage/etc. could use some work, but that can be easily fixed. As WhiteMystery said above, it doesn't have to be a mirror of the woman article, either. I'll try to help out if I can. ~ Endedrural (talk)

The page wasn't actually vandalized, but reverted to an earlier version. I'll agree with you that the version prior to your original edits was complete shit. However, your version didn't end up being very good, either. So, as a solution of sorts, we reverted to a version from late 2007, back when the page was only a slightly disappointing stub, and not a giant pile of failure.

It seems that you have the right idea. You can add to the present version, just don't revert back to the previous one. You can also check the edit history to see what actually happened.

Hi, you're more than welcome to add stuff about Asperger's to the rape article, but please leave the first 51 on the rape list alone - they're actually taken from a real source, and they're what sparked the rest of the list to be made in the first place. If you want, you can add a small section on Asperger's and rape - with a source to back up the link between the two, that can be quite funny. ED is also a source of information, and the man article was both misleading and unfunny. I made it both realistic and funny, even the mod could saw it and therefor he unbanned my. Also, your childish way of vandalizing my page points out your feelings of inferiority and the fact that you're aware of my righteousness, as you didn't even had any valid points to argue. I vote on you keep trying, stop bawwwing so much and face your inferiority, or and least have some mature arguments against it.

Your article about aspies is horribly rude. My best friend is an aspie and you have no idea what the fuck you are talking about. He is the kindest person you will ever meet and he is not at all ugly like you say all aspies are. If they didnt have to deal with being bullied all the time things would be different. and I understand that you were raped, but Alex's being an aspie had absolutely nothing to do with it. He was probobly just a sick fuck in the first place. So before you write shit like this, why dont you be a little bit more mature?

Obviously most rapists are not aspies. and its not a disease, its a hereditary gene, meaning if one of your parents has it you are very likely to get it.
