Welfare is a troll of epic proportions set up at least 100 years ago by the man to troll butthurt christfags, libretardians, Randroids, and Republicunts.

History
At least 100 years ago, back in yon olden tymes when there was no welfare, rich, old white guys used to drive around in gold-plated diamond cars and laugh at poor people. Some other rich, old white guys who happened to work for the man saw this, and in it, saw potential for great amounts of lulz. They devised a master plan, where they would take some money from rich, old white guys and sent it to niggers to support their drug habits. The ensuing tidal wave of rage, butthurt and anal bleeding left the streets red for weeks.
The Plan
- Step 1: Collect money from all of the good, freedom loving, apple-pie-eating, baseball playing Americans.
- Step 2: Mail it to niggers.
- Step 3: ???
- Step 4: Profit!
The assumption is that if Uncle Sambo gives his nigger brethren enough of your money, they will suddenly feel motivated to become productive members of society, instead of just cashing it to buy drugs, rob people, and end up in prison where they will continue to get free food and housing on the taxpayer's dime.
