Wikipe-tan was created by Wikipedophiles at least 100 days ago. She is the personification of Wikipedia and is the sworn enemy of Encyclopedia Dramatica. As an anime character she looks white and has blue eyes, even though she's Japanese. This is hypocritical. Maybe this makes her Wapanese.

She is also the anti-lulz, and will do her best to destroy ED.
