A recent wholly image-based meme that's been flooding /b/, it typically involves a shoop of a random celebrity/notable person wherein the eyes and mouth of the subject are dwarfed. And, of course, a tiny mouth speaks different now doesn't it? Hence "Woll Smoth" - the original incarnation of the meme. Unfortunately it has also spawned a new monor of spoking thut os unbolovobly rutordud.
To create one of these wacky new likenesses it requires about 10 minutes of free time, about a day's worth of experience with Photoshop, and no fucking life. An instant failure the moment it was conceived, it is part of the second wave of cancer coursing through /b/'s veins and any cure for what seems to be the most inane crap /b/ has seen in some time appears to be elusive.

One reason the meme became the massively entertaining success that it is now the cancerous bullshit that it is, is partly a result of unfunny namefags (for example this fag) who, having a fair amount of time on their hands, embarked on a quest vandalized the Will Smith page on TOW changing the name heading to "Woll Smoth", and substituting the above juicy picture with Smith's publicity photo. A /b/ thread ensued, with the Official 4chan Seal of Approval EFG seal of Epic Fail being given to the /b/rave /b/tard basement dweller who employed the prank. In short, Woll Smoth is a meme that refuses to die, much like THE BEST, as a direct result of the determination of a collection of 13 year old boys. (Basically, just scroll up and read the first section again)
