This is not actually a meme. And not in the Milhouse way. It is simply not used. Any attempts to spam any /b/ with "YOU'RE A BIRD" will be greeted only with facepalm, YOU'RE A FAGGOT or GTFO. The real truth about YOU'RE A BIRD is that it's just something that a really fucking fat chick said to BAT during sex once, because of his big, Jewish nose, which made her in her drunken, drugged up state think that he looked like a bird in the dark - "an eagle or something". He then took this to heart and decided to make an Encyclopedia Dramatica page about it. Proof.
