We have received notification that you have created and used multiple accounts for the purpose of evading a ban placed on you by the maintainer of a community, in order to continue commenting in this community. This activity is a violation of the Terms of Service (http://www.livejournal.com/legal/tos.bml), to which you agreed with the creation of each new account. As a result, we are hereby issuing you a warning with regards to this matter. Should we be notified that you are continuing to evade the commenting ban placed on you, further action may be taken against your accounts.

On Thursday, August 24th, 2006 he received a suspension warning from LJ Abuse:

Dear cosmicjohn,

We have received notification that you have been involved in the harrassment of users on LiveJournal. We have also received several complaints stating that you may be involved in posting images in a community where you have been banned several times. The images in question have been deleted ; however, several complaints have been issued against your account stating that you may be the source of these images. This activity is a violation of the Terms of Service (http://www.livejournal.com/legal/tos.bml), to which you agreed with the creation of your account. As a result, we are hereby issuing you a warning with regards to this matter. Should we be notified again that you are continuing to harass users on the LiveJournal site or continue to evade a ban of which we have warned you before, further action may be taken against your account including permanent deletion of cosmicjohn and any other accounts you have created. We strongly request that you cease these actions.
